Training Dates:
In 1995, the then Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad and a delegation from Malaysia made a working visit to Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and endorsed the establishment of a university modeled after MIT. An agreement was signed in January 1997 to establish the Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST). In its formative years, MUST was fully assisted and supported by MIT, a world-renowned university noted for its education and research in advanced science and technology. MUST emulate MIT’s method of teaching and learning which encourages creativity, analytical thinking, problem-solving, innovation and team-building. These are qualities that have been proven to be successful in producing entrepreneurial leadership in technology and business.
The MUST also nurture a research-driven culture in all fields of expertise. This ensures in-depth understanding and confidence in solving faced problems. The MIT model has been the impetus of the MUST culture that is vibrant, innovative and purposive to our local environment.
In Africa this program successfully took off in August 2017at Multimix Academy- Abuja Centre Lagos (Nigeria). In Eastern and Southern Africa the program waslaunched in August 2018 at Institute of Trade Development, Nairobi Kenya.
Applications are currently being received for admission into the MBA Supply Chain Management of the Malaysian University of Science and Technology for Eastern and Southern Africa region. Application to this program must be received by July 2020.
The University will make a first judgment based on the Application submitted by the candidate. Matured Candidate will in addition face a Skype interview
Classes start September 2020 with face to face interaction with MUST lecturers in your country.
